In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a procedure in which the men’s sperm and women’s egg will be combined in a laboratory dish indeed for the process of Fertilization. IVF will be done due to women’s having a damaged or blocked Fallopian tubes or men’s having a problem of Male factor infertility due to decreased sperm counts or blockage or aging problem or due to some other reasons. ·         Women’s age of 35 – 37 is 36.1 - 37.9%.

·         Women’s age of 38 – 40 is 24 – 28.5%.

·         Women’s age of 40- 42 is 16.3 – 18%.

·         Women’s age above 42 is 6.1- 10%.

Mainly the sexual problems which are leading with men’s infertility are,

1.    Absence of semen: this is mainly occurring due to any types of problems related with spinal cord injuries or diseases.

2.    Anti-Sperm antibodies: These antibodies may be leading to targeting the sperms may often cause to weak or disable it from the activities that they carry out.

3.    Blockage of Ejaculatory Ducts: In these cases it will birth time disorder which causing the blockage of testicle which contains the sperm.
